I've booked – what happens next?
You should receive a booking confirmation from us shortly after making your booking. An invoice will then be sent to you separately. Please note that invoice processing times can vary, as our agents manually prepare each invoice to ensure all details are correct.
How do I get my e-ticket?
After booking, we will send you a Passport Information Form. You will need to complete this form with your passport details, as well as the details of any other passengers included in the booking.
Once we have received the required information, we will create your e-ticket and send it directly to your inbox. Please note that if passport details are not submitted, we may be unable to issue your e-ticket.
What do I do with my e-ticket?
When the day of travel arrives, you should take your flight e-ticket with you to the airport. During check-in, the e-ticket will be used to obtain your boarding pass(es), which you will need to proceed through security and board your flight.
What happens if there is a mistake on my e-ticket?
If you notice any errors on your e-ticket or other travel documents, please contact us immediately by phone or email. The sooner we are informed, the sooner we can arrange any necessary amendments and send you updated documentation.
