01/03/2021 – CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
In line with government guidelines, our retail shop is currently closed to the public. However due to the big increase of demand and bookings being taken, we have more staff working from home now to take your calls. Please call us on 01514247998 to make any bookings if you can not online.
We are currently taking bookings for the 6 nations 2022. These may be booked online with a deposit or full payment.
As per government guidelines, we hope to re open our retail shop on April 12th 2021.

05/01/2021 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Due to the recent government announcement, a national lockdown is starting from Tuesday 5th January and is expected to run through to the middle of February we have a list of FAQ’s for you (yes you have seen this before!):
Will our retail shop be closed?
Yes it will be closed during this period.
Will we still be contactable though the lockdown period?
Yes we will still be contactable Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 by phone on 01514247998 and/or email info@worldchoicesports.com.
Please note as there are very limited staff to answer phone calls, you may be better to email in and request a call back.
I am due a refund; will I still get this during the lockdown period?
We already have a long queue of refunds caused by the pandemic. Due to the majority of Staff now going on furlough, this may cause a further delay of up to 30 days.
Is my holiday still going ahead?
If we get confirmation form your airline or operator that your holiday has been cancelled, we will of course contact you. Unless we do so, you should still assume it is going ahead. If you are unsure please email or call us.
I have a balance to pay on my holiday, can I still pay it?
Yes you can call 01514247998 to pay by card or email info@worldchoicesports.com to arrange a bank transfer
Can I still book a holiday?
Yes you can. There are some great deals for 2021 and 2022. We have been taking a lot of bookings, where you can book for just a £60 per person deposit. Just give us a call on 01514247998.
If I book and my holiday is cancelled, is my money protected?
Yes all holidays booked through us are protected. You would be entitled to a refund, if your holiday is cancelled. Please note due the pandemic, the time frame for refunds are delayed and can take several weeks.

30 December 2020- IMPORTANT COVID19 INFORMATION
SOME GOOD NEWS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Amid concerns over the spread of COVID-19, several European governments have imposed a temporary ban on all UK arrivals. As a result, many holidays to these destinations have been cancelled and we are contacting affected customers to explain the next steps. This is a quick-moving situation and we will update this page as and when more information becomes available.

Tier-specific travel restrictions
On Saturday 19th December the UK government announced that London, and much of the southeast of England, would be going into a newly-created Tier 4. Additionally, tighter restrictions have been set in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
For those living in Tier 4 in England, as well as Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, all non-essential travel is banned.
We will be contacting all customers affected by the latest restrictions, in departure date order, and advising you of your options.

For those living in Tiers 3 and below, although non-essential travel is advised against, it is still permitted.
Please note, that certain destinations and hotels will require you to adhere to local rules and restrictions in order to be permitted entry. Criteria could range from undertaking a COVID-19 test (often at your own expense), to self-monitoring via a regional track and trace app, to agreeing to a period of self-isolation if necessary.
Failure to comply could mean that you are refused admission unless – or until – you meet the necessary requirements.
In addition, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) still advises against all but essential travel to some destinations and a quarantine period may apply upon your return to the UK. The UK Government has cut the period of self-isolation from 14 days to 10 days.

Covid-19 Test to Release Scheme
From 15th December 2020, the UK government introduced a new ‘Test to Release’ scheme, which is for those wishing to travel to destinations that aren’t on the travel corridor list. If you would like to travel to one of these destinations but do not want to self-isolate for the full 10 days upon return to England, you can now choose to pay for a private Covid-19 test from 5 days after you have departed from your holiday destination. If your Covid-19 test result returns negative, you can then stop self-isolating. This scheme is only applicable to those who are self-isolating in England and the earliest that you can take the private Covid-19 test is from 5 full days after leaving your destination.
To take part in the scheme, you will need to opt into it on your Passenger Locator Form and book a Covid-19 test with a private provider.
