Madame Belloir welcomes guests into the beautifully renovated, furnished and decorated annex of her mansion nearby Le Mans. While the annex may look quite basic from the outside, you notice right at the second of your entry that the 5 guest rooms available for rent are furnished with only the finest pieces. Bringing you the luxury of a truly private home with a large swimming pool, a nice breakfast room and en-suite bathrooms in every single bedroom, this house is our most luxurious one for small groups visiting Le Mans.

The 5 bedrooms are located in the two annexes of Mme Belloir’s mansion. 4 bedrooms offer double beds, the 5th bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. Soft towels and luxurious toiletries are making your stay even more convenient.

Guests are welcome to use the outside spaces during their leisure time. A tennis court is located behind the annex and the large swimming pool invites guests to take a swim.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room at the ground floor or the first annex. Upon request, your hostess will happily offer dinner and drinks to your group. The property is suitable for small events such as dinner parties or a BBQ.

Château de Campagne

Consists of a castle and an annex that are only a couple of meters away from each other. While the castle busts with a beautiful, old fassade, a large salon perfect for your end-of-the-day drink and a large kitchen suitable for get-togethers, the annex offers newly refurbished, pretty rooms, an additional kitchen and a living room with a large table where you could be having dinner with your friends. The castle, being a little less fancy inside, is suitable for racing teams, suppliers or your crew, while the nicer rooms at the annex are a great accommodation for drivers, VIPs or your management.

The annex used to be a barn, but since it’s been completely renovated, the inside has become even more beautiful than the rooms at the castle. Your host will be serving you breakfast every morning and offer a welcome drink upon your arrival. Next to the swimming pool is a third building – a pool house that contains another kitchen that can be used on request. If you don’t wish to cook on your own, Catering can be organized for your group.

This property is suitable for smaller events and a great choice for groups with a tighter budget who still want to experience staying at a castle to complete their Le Mans experience.

Château de Grâce

Château de Grace has been privately owned by the same family for decades. It is one of the top castles in Le Mans and the perfect location for those looking for an unusual and fancy accommodation. Enjoy a private, luxurious castle from the 13th and 15th century set in 14 hectares of tended grounds with lakes and gardens. The historic château gives its visitors and guests an intimate glinch at the luxurious way of living in the country-side.

All rooms in this castle are beautifully furnished and decorated. The large outdoor terrace is a perfect location for BBQs or dinner parties. If the weather doesn‘t play along, the historical hunting room with enough space, an atmospheric chimney and even a pool table equally fulfills the requirements for your private event.

Every morning, you are invited to enjoy an exquisite breakfast in the dining room. And after a long day at the circuit, cold drinks and if requested even a bottle of chilled champagne are awaiting you to end your day in a friendly atmosphere.

Château d’Elégance

Château d’Elegance has been the home of the same traditional family for more than 600 years. Every room in the castle is filled with memories built up by the long history of this French royal family. Decorated with a magnificent collection of antiques, oil paintings, chandeliers and tapestries, Château d’Elegance is what most might imagine as a real castle. Today, the owners personally welcome you into their home and make sure you experience your stay in Le Mans in the most memorable way.

The castle is one of the top castles in the area. Smaller groups will especially enjoy the individually decorated rooms, the many public rooms like the different salons and living rooms, the French pool room, the bar and the dining rooms. Château d’Elegance is a wonderful location for your events. BBQ parties, hot-air balloon rides, cocktail parties, buffets and open bar nights can easily be arranged. Or maybe you want to make use of one of the pompeous dining rooms and have a prestigious 5-course dinner cooked by a French star-chef?

Château du Village

Château du Village is a castle that was first built in the 18th century. It’s a very hotel-like castle with refurbished rooms, large common areas and breakfast being served every morning. The friendly hosts will await you after your day at the circuit, offering drinks from the bar or even a freshly cooked dinner. You’re invited to enjoy 38 hectares of beautiful private parks during long promenades or outdoor events.

Although the castle can only accommodate up to 22 people, there are adjacent houses that can be rented additionally for larger groups. Therefore, Château du Village is a good choice for large racing teams, drivers, press teams, and others who travel to Le Mans with a group of up to 50 people.

The outdoor terrace, the gardens, and the huge ball room are prestigious locations for corporate events such as BBQs or cocktail parties. Even hot-air balloon rides and dinners with a star chef can be arranged.

Château St Pierre

After 5 years of renovations, the owners of Château de St. Pierre welcomed the first guests into their home in 2017. While only very little of the furniture is from old times, the modern pieces of furniture and decoration suit the luxurious face of the castle very well. Every single piece has been hand picked by the hosts.

The property consists of the castle and a renovated Annex. The two buildings can be rented seperately. At the castle, guests find 15 guest rooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, a few of them being suite-style rooms offering a small living room area. The large salon, the dining rooms, the public kitchen and the living rooms are open for the guests use at any time – may it be just for evening drinks or for corporate and individual events.

At the annex, an addition of 5 rooms can be rented. These guest rooms are a bit more basic but still offer all of the amenities of a hotel. A large living room, a kitchen and a dining area is available for guests staying at the annex.

Breakfast is served in the verrerie at the back of the house, in the large dining room or the terrace in front of the house depending on the guests wishes. The wonderful gardens and the large terrace with comfortable lounge-style furniture are perfect settings for small and big corporate events. The large kitchen and dining room are also perfect settings for smaller events.

The castle is equipped with an elevator taking guests up to the 2nd floor. Every couple of rooms additionally share a small lounge where coffee making facilities are available for free at all times. There is a gym with a massage table available on the 2nd floor that is open for guests as well.
