Baggage allowance
Small Hand luggage is included. It must fit under the seat in front of you (45cm x 36cm x 20cm).
For the overnight option, you may also add a larger cabin bag with 5kg (56cm x 45cm x 25cm) for an additional £30 or 15KG checked luggage for £60.
We do not offer travel insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all members of the party have adequate insurance to cover them from the date of booking.

Upon arrival at our designated airport (Bilbao, Vitoria or Santander), you will make your way to Bilbao. Santander Airport is around 60 miles from central Bilbao, and Vitoria is approximately 40 miles away. We will keep all of our customers updated with destination airports, flight codes and times.
Bilbao Airport is small, and due to the event’s scale, it will be busy. Authorities will assess demand and assign slots accordingly. If flying directly into Bilbao, local shuttle buses to and from the city centre are expected to operate in the early hours.
There will likely be designated drop-off zones for visiting fans. Once in Bilbao, you’ll find a compact and charming city, with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy the atmosphere ahead of the match.
The stadium is centrally located. Expect road closures and congestion near the ground, so be prepared to walk – potentially long distances – especially in hot weather. Drop-off and pick-up points may also require walking.
You must make your own way to the stadium. Plaza Nueva, a central square, is about a 35-minute walk from the ground. The metro may be an option, but it will be very busy and nearby stations might be closed.
